About the boat

The boat is equipped with supreme tackles: rods, rollers, reels (Shimano, Penn) Sea guar fluorocarbon leader, all kinds of natural and artificial baits as well as Furuno Fish Finder for rapid fish detection. The boat and his experienced and fanatic Captain, who is said to have sea in his veins instead of blood, offer you new challenges. Challenges to be managed by knowledge, team work, fighting spirit and, of course a little bit of luck. Challenges that will show you your personal limits while fighting the biggest fish of the Croatian Adriatic Sea!

What does a fishing day look like on the boat?

Departure from the old harbour at 9 o'clock or as arranged, depending on the fishing season, the fish species and angling type. There are two common kinds of tuna Big Game Fishing. Trolling and Drafting. Recommendations and suggestions are made by the captain, but it's up to you to choose what kind of fish you want to catch and how. Return at the harbour at 18 o'clock. It's important to mention that the complete fishing tackle and baits are available on the boat. But you can use your personal equipment if you like. It's also necessary to mention that the Big Game Fishing takes place on the open sea, where it can be rather wavy!

What we hunting?

These are the fish we are hunting in Big Game Fishing: blue fin tuna, albacore tuna, little tunny, sharks, swordfish, amberjacks and dorado’s. The month of April is right for little tunas moving in shoals and with an average weight of 10-15 kg. This period offers great possibilities for a rich catch. The end of May and beginning of June its shark hunting season (blue sharks and thresher sharks). In the beginning of August its blue fin tuna time; average weight of 70-80 kg up to 500 kg.

The tunas follow great albacore tuna shoels with an average weight of 10-15 kg; lately, with the sea temperature rising, more and more dorado’s can be found. That's at the same time the best fishing season (from August to November), where the chances for a big catch is very high! Of course, it should be mentioned that the fishing seasons mostly depend on the sea temperature, the concentration of small blue fish and the salinity (depending on rainfall and inflow of sweet water).

1. BIG GAME FISHING (Hunting blue fin tunas, swordfish and some kinds of sharks)

Departure at 9:00 o'clock in the morning (or as arranged), Trolling up to 13:00 o'clock, a little meal break follows. Drifting from 13:00 to 18:00 o'clock. Arrival in the harbour at 19:00 o'clock. At the same time you can also hunt for smaller fish for amusement. The price includes: petrol, drinks, fishing license, adequate baits and fishing tackle - rods and reels (80 and 130 lbs).
There is the possibility for making a reservation at a restaurant on sea for lunch or dinner (payment at the restaurant). Free photos of you and the catch.

2. MIDDLE BIG GAME FISHING (little tunas, albacore tunas, pelamids, dorado’s, amberjacks and dentex)

Trolling with artificial and live baits. Departure at 9:00 o'clock (or as arranged), trolling for dentex and amberjacks till 13:00 o'clock, meal break, going open sea, Trolling of smaller tunas till 18:00 o'clock. Arrival in the harbour at 19:00 o'clock. The prices includes: petrol, drinks, fishing license, adequate baits, fishing tackle - rods and reels (50 and 30 lbs). There is the possibility for making a reservation at a restaurant on sea for lunch or dinner (payment at the restaurant). Free photos of you and the catch.
